What you'll do

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and go-to market strategies that align with broader business objectives
  • Provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide marketing initiatives, setting directions for critical business strategies that align with company objectives
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital (social media, web, email) for key goals
  • Initiate research studies and analyzing competitor data, and market trends to capitalize on opportunities
  • Build and run an always-on content engine: case studies, product updates, recruiting/careers content, press/PR support, and social-ready assets
  • Turn product and engineering work into clear external narratives
  • Set up and maintain tracking (GA/GTM or equivalent), define conversion events, and report results and insights
  • Maintain brand consistency across all public touch points - voice, visuals, structure, and messaging
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, and design to keep priorities clear and timelines realistic

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Masters in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related major
  • Reliably commute to the headquarters in Hebron, Kentucky
  • Writing skills - You can write clean copy, supported by insights and data
  • Project Management - You’re able to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Go-to-market - You can define positioning, messaging, identify target audience, build the launch plan and channel strategy, coordinate cross-functionally with product/engineering/leadership, and measure performance with clear success metrics
  • Branding Skills - You have a strong eye for visual brand consistency. Showcase your ability to create cohesive brand systems in your portfolio
  • Communication Skills - Share your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition into visuals that are easy to understand. You take verbal feedback and turn it into actionable next steps with clear follow-through. You align with teammates to ask clarifying questions instead of assuming what’s needed
  • Creative Thinking - We value marketers who also inspire fellow marketers
  • Tool Proficiency - Experience with video editing tools, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva
  • Initiative - You thrive in an autonomous environment and can initiate new tasks. You’re able to come up with great concepts, and execute them independently

  • Startup experience - You have experiencing working at a startup
  • Professional videography and photography skills - You can independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content (short-form and longer-form) for social and web. Comfortable with basic lighting and audio, capturing clean b-roll, framing for different platforms, and delivering polished assets on a fast turnaround
